Sarah Matthews is a dedicated yoga teacher with over a decade of experience guiding students on their journey to balance and wellbeing. After discovering yoga as a way to manage stress and cultivate inner peace, Sarah became passionate about sharing its transformative power with others. She holds a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification and has trained in multiple styles, including Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin yoga.
